This page is kind of like the personal section of the website (I know, I know--it says that the website is entirely devoted to skiing on the homepage. However, a lot of people expressed interest in having a page devoted to what I'm up to these days.) I'm going to try and update this page as often as possible, so keep checking back!

Wow, it's been quite a while since I've written in here. Anyway, summer has come and gone and now I'm back to college. Most dedicated skiers start thinking about the upcoming ski season at about this time of the year, and I'm no exception. I've already been thinking about what type of new skis and bindings I want to get...and how I'm going to get the money to pay for them. The projected opening for my local hill is in mid or late November, and I'm looking forward to it more than usual because of the amount of expansion that's been going on there. I went up on the mountain to look around about a month ago and I barely recognized anything. There were new trails cut out of the woods and new lifts where there had previously been none. I'll keep everyone informed as we head into the new ski season and I'll try and post some new gear reviews up as soon as the slopes are open. Until then, keep it cool and think snow.
